Skill 02Ch. 21

AIDE Opportunities Audit

Build a complete, prioritized matrix of your AI and agentic AI opportunities.

Interview drivenEnrichment sized to you: 10 to 500Editable Opportunities IndexDeep economic assessment
AIDE Opportunities Audit — sample deliverable

The skill starts by asking whether you are focused on AI generally, generative AI, or AI agents, then interviews you about your company, your regulatory risk, and your board’s actual (not self-reported) AI literacy. From there it runs the full opportunity funnel from No One Works Here.

You provide

  • Your focus: AI, generative AI, or agentic AI
  • How comprehensive the enrichment should be: 10, 50, 100, 250, or 500 opportunities
  • Company basics and risk answers (pre-filled from web research where found)
  • Evidence of board and team AI literacy
  • Your opportunity brainstorm and four-metric scores
  • Deep economic assessment ratings

You receive

  • Company Profile (interactive HTML, downloads as PDF)
  • AIDE Opportunity Matrix: sortable, filterable, with the roadmap and the icebox
  • AI/DE Opportunities Index: an editable Excel workbook in the audit workbook format, every opportunity scored with live priority formulas

State of the Art Org Chart

Map your organization as human nodes and AI agent nodes, then model the shift.

Draggable org chartsHuman & agent nodes20-year node-mix projectionLatency stack
State of the Art Org Chart — sample deliverable

The skill studies your company, pulls public financials and a 20-year history where it can, and builds your current org chart in a drag-and-drop canvas. Then it deploys agents into the chart and projects the shift from Human Time to System Time.

You provide

  • Headcount, employee categories, contractor counts
  • Website plus public financials (pre-filled where found)
  • Your current org structure and reporting lines
  • RACI, budget, token-funding, and approval answers for agent deployment
  • Salary estimates by role and location

You receive

  • Company Overview with a 20-year history chart
  • Interactive org chart: four views, drag and drop
  • Transformation Outlook: node-mix projection, node economics, latency stack

Revenue per Employee Audit

Twenty years of your revenue per employee, sourced from your own 10-Ks.

Public companies onlyEvery figure cited to a 10-K20-year trendExecutive teaching
Revenue per Employee Audit — sample deliverable

A simple, honest audit for public companies. The skill confirms the company files 10-Ks, then uses web search to find each year’s filing across roughly the past twenty years and pulls two figures per year, revenue and employee count, each cited to the filing it came from. It computes revenue per employee, charts the twenty-year line with the revenue and headcount ingredients behind it, builds a timeline of the acquisitions, divestitures, and pivots that moved the number, and explains the whole thing in operator language an executive can repeat to their board, including the blunt-instrument caveats and why agent capacity makes this the ratio to watch. Private companies are told plainly why the audit needs filings and stopped honestly.

You provide

  • Your company name (must be publicly listed)
  • Confirmation of the year-by-year table before rendering
  • The acquisitions, divestitures, and pivots you remember

You receive

  • Revenue per Employee audit: the 20-year chart, sourced entirely from 10-K filings
  • An events timeline explaining what moved the number
  • An executive reading: drivers, caveats, and why agent capacity bends this slope

Job Description Rewrite

Decompose your own role, delegate to agents, and rewrite your job description for the AI era.

Your role, decomposedDefend every human-onlyPersonal agent org chartRevenue per node
Job Description Rewrite — sample deliverable

Paul Cheek’s Personal Role Re-evaluation workbook, run on your own job in its exact language. It establishes your baseline (revenue per employee and team context, reused from sibling skills where they exist), then decomposes your role responsibility by responsibility under the workbook’s flag: for every one you mark human-only, you must defend why, and if the defense does not hold, it moves to AI. From the delegations it designs your personal agent org chart, writes your new job description including the governance and financial risks you now own, maps your current team and redesigns it AI-native, works shared agency and the team P&L impact, calculates the human-time versus system-time delta, and recomputes your economics as revenue per node with the do-nothing scenario plotted against the competitor who goes all in. The skill hypothesizes your answers first, from your company, your role, and what it knows of how you already use AI, then refines everything with you.

You provide

  • Your current job description (pasted, found in your project, or reconstructed together)
  • Your verdicts on every hypothesis: delegations, agents, the new role, the team redesign
  • Baseline numbers where sibling skills have not already established them

You receive

  • The complete role re-evaluation report: decomposition, agent org chart, new job description, AI-native team, delta, and revenue per node
  • Two plotted scenario charts showing where each path leads, including the cost of inaction
